Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Please note that personalized or custom orders may require additional processing time. Any estimated shipping time does not include processing time.

Free U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $30. Free shipping will be sent via the most economical shipping method available (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, at our discretion). Orders under $30 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We are happy to offer international shipping, but free shipping does not apply to international orders. Shipping costs for international destinations are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
